Items are disclosed as Other to reflect costs incurred by the consumer or seller that were not required to be disclosed on the Loan Estimate.  These costs include:

• Real estate brokerage fees/Commission
• Homeowner or condominium association fees paid at consummation
• Home warranties
• Inspection fees
• HOA Capital Contribution
• HOA Processing Fee
• Legal Fees
• Title - Owner's Title Insurance(Optional),and
• Other fees paid at closing that are not required by the creditor or otherwise required to be disclosed elsewhere on the Closing Disclosure.
